EOI (Expression of Interest) is the priority registration phase before public launch. Submitting an EOI places you in the allocation queue with first access to units, floor plans, and locked-in launch pricing — typically 4 to 8 weeks before the broader market. There is no obligation until you sign the SPA. Slots are limited because Modon allocates inventory to brokers based on past performance, and our allocation is finite.
